Nissan extends the continuous benefit of 24-hour roadside assistance for out of warranty cars that over 3 years or 100,000 km. whichever comes first*. Just bring your car for a periodic maintenance service at any Nissan Service Center every 6 months or 10,000 km. whichever comes first**.
Receive a free 24-hour roadside assistance service for 6 months (Since the date of the latest periodic maintenance service.) so you can rest assured that we will be by your side wherever you need.
24-HOUR ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
Nissan's 24-hour roadside assistance service is available on all routes covering all provinces throughout Thailand. You can contact for immediate assistances by calling 02 305 8432. We are ready to advise and resolve any issues to help you continue your journey safely.
Remark
1. *For New Almera model which over 3 years or 70,000 km, whichever comes first.
2. **For New Almera model, every 6 months or 7,000 km, whichever comes first.
3. Emergency roadside assistance service, valued at 900 baht, can't be exchanged for cash.
4. Only Nissan cars that visit to the service center at least 1 time in first 6 months.

Our 24-hour roadside assistance service covers the following benefits:
FREE AN UNLIMITED NUMBER OF ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE SERVICES
24-hour technical advice service in the event of an accident or breakdown.
FREE AN UNLIMITED NUMBER OF LIFTING/TOWING SERVICES
Free lifting/towing services to the nearest Nissan authorized service center with no distance limit or if the customer prefers lifting/towing to any alternative destination, free lifting/towing services up to a distance of 20 kilometers. For distances exceeding 20 kilometers, the cost of additional distance will be charged to the customer of 25 baht per kilometer.
For long distance towing (in excess of 50 kilometers), the roadside assistance specialist will offer a fixed rate, based on a lower cost per kilometer, and seek approval and consent from the customer prior to lifting/towing.
FREE DELIVERY OF SPARE KEYS
In the event of mistakenly locked vehicles, if the customer has a spare key and the key is at a location within 15 kilometers, the roadside assistance specialist can arrange for collection and delivery of the key to the breakdown location. For distances exceeding 15 kilometers, the cost of additional distance will be charged to the customer of 25 Baht per kilometer. Alternatively, the roadside assistance specialist can also arrange for a locksmith to attend the breakdown location, however the cost of a locksmith’s service is not covered under the assistance program and the customer shall be responsible for any costs incurred. The coordinator will inform the locksmith service rate for the customer's approval and consent before providing the service.
FREE TIRE CHANGE SERVICE IN CASE OF FLAT OR PUNCTURE
Free tire change service in case of flat or puncture except in the event of a a blow-out or an accident.
FREE UP TO 10 LITERS OF FUEL
Free up to 10 liters of fuel in the event that the vehicle is immobilized due to run out of fuel. Please note that this benefit can only be used once a year per vehicle. On subsequent occasions within the same 12 month-period, the service can be provided, but the cost of fuel shall be responsible by the customer.
