Nissan extends the continuous benefit of 24-hour roadside assistance for out of warranty cars that over 3 years or 100,000 km. whichever comes first*. Just bring your car for a periodic maintenance service at any Nissan Service Center every 6 months or 10,000 km. whichever comes first**.
Receive a free 24-hour roadside assistance service for 6 months (Since the date of the latest periodic maintenance service.) so you can rest assured that we will be by your side wherever you need.

Nissan's 24-hour roadside assistance service is available on all routes covering all provinces throughout Thailand. You can contact for immediate assistances by calling 02 305 8432. We are ready to advise and resolve any issues to help you continue your journey safely.

Remark
1. *For New Almera model which over 3 years or 70,000 km, whichever comes first.
2. **For New Almera model, every 6 months or 7,000 km, whichever comes first.
3. Emergency roadside assistance service, valued at 900 baht, can't be exchanged for cash.
4. Only Nissan cars that visit to the service center at least 1 time in first 6 months.

FREE AN UNLIMITED NUMBER OF ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE SERVICES

24-hour technical advice service in the event of an accident or breakdown.

FREE LIFTING/ TOWING SERVICE (UNLIMITED USE)

Complimentary towing service to the nearest authorized Nissan service center with no distance limit
If the customer requests towing to an alternative destination:
- The first 20 km. are free of charge
- Additional distance will be charged at THB 25 per km.
- For distances exceeding 50 km., a flat rate fee will be offered at a rate lower than the per-km. charge, subject to customer approval

FREE DELIVERY OF SPARE KEYS

In the event of mistakenly locked vehicles, if the customer has a spare key and the key is at a location within 15 kilometers, the roadside assistance specialist can arrange for collection and delivery of the key to the breakdown location. For distances exceeding 15 kilometers, the cost of additional distance will be charged to the customer of 25 Baht per kilometer. Alternatively, the roadside assistance specialist can also arrange for a locksmith to attend the breakdown location, however the cost of a locksmith’s service is not covered under the assistance program and the customer shall be responsible for any costs incurred. The coordinator will inform the locksmith service rate for the customer's approval and consent before providing the service.

FREE TIRE CHANGE SERVICE IN CASE OF FLAT OR PUNCTURE

Free tire change service in case of flat or puncture except in the event of a a blow-out or an accident.

FREE UP TO 10 LITERS OF FUEL

Free up to 10 liters of fuel in the event that the vehicle is immobilized due to run out of fuel. Please note that this benefit can only be used once a year per vehicle. On subsequent occasions within the same 12 month-period, the service can be provided, but the cost of fuel shall be responsible by the customer.

Conditions and exclusions of roadside assistance services

Vehicle shall mean a 4-wheeled motor vehicle used only for personal purposes and shall exclude motorcycle, public light bus, taxi, bus, truck, heavy duty vehicle and vehicle for hire or reward.

Vehicles that are over seven (7) years.
The Vehicle has undergone unauthorized modifications (including without limitation any replacements, removals or additions) not in conformity to the manufacturer’s specifications or the Vehicle has been modified for racing, trials, or rallying or any accident or any claim for Service has arisen in respect of such races, trials, rallies or participation in such activities.
The Vehicle is carrying more passengers or towing a greater weight than for which it was designed as stated in the manufacturers specifications or arising from or connection with the improper, unauthorized, reckless or negligent operation of the Vehicle or misuse of the Vehicle.
Loss or damage directly or indirectly occasioned by or happening or in consequence of war, invasion, Act of God (e.g. flood, earthquake), Act of foreign enemies, hostilities whether war be declared or not, civil war, rebellion, insurrection, terrorism, military and usurped power, riot, or civil commotion or sabotage or any other events (whether falling into the same genus, species, class or category as the foregoing or not) beyond the control of the User or the person operating or having control of the Vehicle at the time of the accident.
Provision of Services outside the geographical limits.
Any person drives the Vehicle who does not hold a valid license issued by a competent authority.
Mechanical breakdown due to lack of oil or water. In such cases, assistance will still be provided but the User will have to bear fully expenses and costs personally.
The Vehicle is in an unroadworthy condition at the commencement of the journey or the Vehicle has not been regularly serviced in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions or the Vehicle has not been serviced within 12 months from the last maintenance service.
Nissan Roadside Assistance shall not be responsible for any loss to or theft of objects or accessories which are left in or outside the Vehicle.
Nissan Roadside Assistance shall not be responsible for any costs in respect of any breakdowns resulting from or connected with the Vehicle manufacturer’s recall.
Nissan Roadside Assistance will not be responsible for the cost of any breakdowns resulting from unauthorized repairs or from faulty workmanship performed by a dealership or service station or garage.
Nissan Roadside Assistance will not be responsible for the cost of any breakdowns caused by the fitting of accessories to the Vehicle which are not genuine or are not from the original manufacturer or which are not approved by the manufacturer.
Nissan Roadside Assistance will not be responsible for providing roadside assistance service of a vehicle in the absence of the User.
