Hill Start Assist (HSA)
When driving uphill, HSA will prevent the car not to roll down backwards when stepped off the brakes. The technology will hold brake pressure for a little while so the driver will be able to step on the gas and drive onwards smoothly.

When driving downhill, HDC will prevent the car not to slide down by using the power of the engine to decelerate the speed without the need to step on the brakes.
