BANGKOK, Thailand (March 17, 2026) – Nissan today announced seniormanagement changes in ASEAN, Thailand, and the Philippines, effective April 1,2026.

Toshihiro Fujiki, currently President of ASEAN and Thailand, has been promoted toCorporate Executive, Global Aftersales, Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., based in Japan. Hewill report to Guillaume Cartier, Chief Performance Officer, Nissan Motor Co., Ltd.

Masao Tsutsumi, currently President of Nissan Philippines, has been promotedPresident of ASEAN and Thailand, based in Thailand. He will report to ShoheiYamazaki, Chairperson of the Management Committee for Japan/ASEAN & AFL,Nissan Motor Co., Ltd.

In his new role, Tsutsumi will oversee Nissan's business across the ASEAN regionand Taiwan. He will lead diverse, multinational teams throughout the region,including Nissan’s Southeast Asia production and research and development hub inThailand.

This marks Tsutsumi’s second assignment in Thailand. Prior to his role in thePhilippines, he spent four years in Thailand as Senior Vice President of Nissan MotorThailand, overseeing Marketing, Sales, and other non-Monozukuri functions.

Tsutsumi has more than two decades of experience in Marketing, Brand, Sales, andAftersales across multiple industries, including fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG),technology and electronics, and food services. He joined Nissan in 2018 in Japanunder Brand and Media Strategy and became part of the ASEAN market in 2021.Tsutsumi holds a bachelor’s degree in social sciences from Hitotsubashi University inJapan.

Yoshinori Kanazawa, currently Managing Director of the Nissan ImportersBusiness Unit, ASEAN, and Managing Director of Nissan Singapore International,based in Thailand, will be appointed President of Nissan Philippines, based in thePhilippines. He will report to Masao Tsutsumi, President of ASEAN and Thailand.Kanazawa’s official inauguration will proceed following his qualification underPhilippine laws and confirmation and election by the Nissan Philippines Board ofDirectors.

Ayako Nakamura, currently Deputy General Manager, Global Marketing and Sales,Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., will be appointed Managing Director, Nissan Importers
Business Unit, ASEAN, and Managing Director of Nissan Singapore International,based in Thailand. She will report to Masao Tsutsumi, President of ASEAN andThailand.
