The All-New Nissan Terra is powered by YS23DDTT diesel in line, DOHC (Double Overhead Camshaft) Twin Turbo Intercooler, 2,298 cc. with direct fuel injection. The maximum power is 190HP while the maximum torque is 450 Nm., which offers the better acceleration performance in its class, with a smooth yet powerful drive.

Intelligent Rear View Mirror (IRVM)

An LCD screen built into the rearview mirror displays images from a rear-mounted camera feed.

Imagery provides clear visibility of a wide area. Drivers can switch between live monitor and mirror view to clearly see traffic conditions behind the car or when interior loads are packed with goods or passengers. This makes for a safer and more comfortable driving experience.

Intelligent Around View Monitor (IAVM)

This system gives drivers a complete view of all angles around the vehicle to easily navigate through tight areas. This is possible through a virtual bird’s-eye view from above the vehicle, allowing drivers to park with confidence.

Moving Object Detection (MOD)

The Moving Object Detection (MOD) monitors and alerts to any moving objects or people. The system uses cameras to detect moving objects around the vehicle when parking or slowly maneuvering. It then provides visual and audio alerts to the driver. The four-camera system can alert drivers in three scenarios: while parked or in neutral; moving forward, and backing up.

Intelligent Blind Spot Intervention (IBSW)

The system recognizes when another vehicle is traveling in the driver’s blind spot

and signals its presence using indicator lights. These indicators are found on either side view mirror on the A-pillar. The driver is alerted to other vehicles by flashing indicators and audio alerts.

Intelligent Lane Intervention (ILDW)

This system warns drivers with audio and visual signals on the dashboard when the car is unintentionally drifting out of a lane. The system activates at the speed over 70 km/h.

Safety & Utilities features

The All-New Nissan Terra is also equipped with standard safety equipment, in addition to Intelligent Lane Intervention, Intelligent Blind Spot Intervention and Intelligent Around View Monitor camera, that improves safety in both Active Safety and Passive Safety terms.

Six airbag points include front airbags, front side airbags and side curtain airbags installed in all models of the All-New Nissan Terra.
Two front seatbelts can be adjusted by the body of the driver and each passenger. The front seatbelts are three-point ELR and can be automatically extended and retracted. At the second-row seats, the seatbelts are also three-point ELR for all three seats. At the third-row seats, the seatbelts are also three points for two seats. Child passenger safety is also enhanced using ISOFIX child seat with anchorage point and child safety lock system.
Brake Limited Slip Differential (B-LSD) system helps braking force to the slippery wheel. Drive confidently in all road conditions.
Traction Control System (or TCS) system helps prevent wheelspin. When wheelspin is detected the system automatically reduces throttle or applies the brakes to restore grip and keep the vehicle under control and moving forward.
Hill Start Assistance (HSA) system helps prevent against rolling backward when starting off.
Hill Descent Control (HDC) system helps control speed when driving down a steep slope.
Off-road Meter displays driving information including tilt angle while driving off-road.
Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) is a 4-wheel tire pressure monitoring technology and warning when the tire pressure changes. Enhances safety and extends the life of tires.
The Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS), Electronic Brake Force Distribution (EBD) and Brake Assist (BA) system, as well as High mount stop lamp with LED, are visible. The disc brake is used as the front brake, together with ventilation slot, while drum brake is applied at the back.
Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC) system provides stability.
