BANGKOK, Thailand (15 October, 2019) - Nissan in Thailand recently recognized Siam Nissan Srisaket Co., Ltd. (Kantaraluck Branch) as its ‘Best of the Best Dealer’. 

The prestigious award, presented at a ceremony in Srisaket province, recognizes the Nissan Thailand dealer who has demonstrated outstanding performance in terms of sales, market share, quality and service standards in recognition of 2018 fiscal year results.

Power 2019 Thailand Customer Service Index (CSI) StudySM. , which measures the overall satisfaction of vehicle owners who visited an authorized service center for maintenance or repair work during the first 12 to 36 months of ownership.

It also underscores the strategic partnership between Nissan and its dealer partners to execute against the vision and strategy of Nissan’s midterm plan, M.O.V.E. to 2022, to further grow its market share and provide best-in-class services to Nissan’s valued customers.

The Best of the Best Dealer Award forms part of the Nissan Global Award of Excellence that recognizes each country’s top performer from sales and aftersales service to showroom management and customer relations management as one of the best of Nissan dealerships worldwide.
