The global Nissan Retail Concept (NRC-NEXT) enhanced its new brand logo with a modern, minimal, and digital-friendly style for implying Nissan’s future-focused vision in this digital era, while staying true to the essence of Nissan in its rich heritage and tradition of innovation. It aims to improve all aspects of the customer experience at Nissan showrooms, including facility design, service process, and digital environment. As well as, a number of new design elements, such as exteriors with the red Nissan signage and an exclusive delivery area that enhances the exciting moment when customers receive their vehicle. Nissan also uses digital tools through sales and service processes on digital tablets to deliver convenient and diverse customer experiences.


In addition, the company has developed services that allow for increased customer satisfaction. These include the adoption and continuous improvement of the Kaizen system, and raising the standard of customer care through employee improvement and technology. All employees are trained to embody a positive and service-oriented mindset to serve customers at all levels.
