Nissan Wins 3 “BIG Best Car of The Year 2017” Awards
at the Big Motor Sale 2017
Nissan Motor (Thailand) Co., Ltd. today won three “BIG Best Car of The Year 2017” awards at an event held at the Grand Hall, Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre Bangna on 21 August 2017.
The Best Car of The Year 2017 is arranged by Yan Yont Square Group, the organizer of Bangkok International Motor Grand Motor Sale 2017. Nissan executives Mr. Peter Galli, Vice President, Communications, Ms. Sureethip La-Ongthong Chomthongdee, Vice President, Marketing, and Mr. Chayapak Laisuwan, General Manager Product Communication attended the award presentation, which recognizes Nissan’s leadership in innovation.
The three awards were:
1. Best Automatic Transmission Pick up – Nissan Navara Black Edition
2. Best Powerful Sport GT – Nissan GT R 35*
3. Best Innovative Eco car – Nissan Note
The Nissan Navara Black Edition is a top favorite with fans and consumers. It is the only pick up truck in Thailand that comes with 7-speed automatic transmission and that is equipped with a mono-frame chassis and rear air vents. It is powered by 2.5-liter engine, generating maximum torque of 403 nm at 2,000 rpm.
