Nissan recognized as a Superbrand in Thailand

Bangkok, Thailand (10 April 2019) – Nissan has been recognized as a Superbrand, one of Thailand’s strongest brands, in the 2018 Superbrand market survey.

More than 19,000 Thai consumers, marketers, brand experts, PR professionals and leading figures in the branding world voted to include Nissan in the list of Thai Superbrands 2018.

Nissan received a strong voting score of over 80% in the Superbrands market survey and research, which engaged more than 15,000 consumers and 4,500 business professionals throughout Thailand.

Sureetip La-Ongthong Chomthongdee, Nissan’s vice president for marketing in Thailand, along with Peter Galli, Nissan’s vice president for communications, recently received the Superbrand certificate from Preecha Kaenprom, country director for Superbrands Thailand.

“Being named a Superbrand, which is one of the most prestigious awards, underscores Nissan’s commitment to building brand quality, brand personality and brand affinity in the mind of customers,” said Sureetip. “The rigorous voting process ensures the award represents the views of both experts and consumers, and represents another significant achievement for Nissan in Thailand.”
