Nissan Thailand has been providing six engines for the Sirindhorn Children and Youth Training Center since 2014 to use in teaching the automotive mechanic profession to the youth in the juvenile justice system. In 2022, the company organized workshops on several types of modern powertrains, such as 1.0-liter turbo, e-POWER and electric vehicle, for the teachers of the center. The program provides hands-on training in automotive repair and maintenance as well as soft skills.
