BANGKOK, Thailand (27 October 2021) – Nissan Thailand and Nissan Ch. Erawan Motors have officially opened a new showroom and service center in Nakhon Pathom, the first in Thailand to feature the global the Nissan Retail Concept (NRC-NEXT). The opening showcases Nissan’s world-class service standards for Thai Nissan customers, and the company’s pledge to continuously implement cutting-edge customer care innovations and digital offerings across the country.

The new-look showroom, part of Nissan’s global plan to innovate Nissan showrooms with the NRC-NEXT concept, is created to advance the customer experience. Highlights include new facility design and layout to create comforting, welcoming spaces that offer services as efficiently as possible. There are also new service processes and advanced digital environment and tools, to meet all customer needs.

The new Nissan showroom Ch. Erawan Motors, Salaya, Nakhon Pathom province can serve over 380 vehicles monthly. Additional facilities such as a relaxed modern customer lounge, and customer parking are all available for the convenience of the customers. It is Ch. Erawan Motors’ fourth Nissan showroom and service center, and it reflects the commitment of Ch. Erawan Motors to always offer excellent service to enhance the customer experience. Ch. Erawan Motors has also received various awards such as Best Dealer Award for Best Dealer of the Central and Eastern Region.

Dealerships aligned with the NRC-NEXT concept feature a number of new design elements for customer journey and facility design, such as a new exterior with its iconic Nissan Pylon sign, providing an exciting impression on arrival. On the inside, the ‘Nissan Drive’ sales and consultation area provides a warm welcome to customers, while the Feature Vehicle display showcases the latest Nissan products and technologies, an exclusive delivery area to specifically enhance the car delivery moment when customers receive their vehicle, stylish redesigned exterior.

Currently, Nissan has a network of 178 showrooms and service centers across the country. All showroom renovations will be completed by the end of fiscal year 2023.
