Nissan celebrates Chachoengsao new retail concept showroom
Second Nissan GT Auto Car showroom in Chachoengsao underscores its focus on delivering exceptional service through the seamless integration of all touchpoints across the customer experience
Chachoengsao, 18 February 2020 – Nissan and GT Auto Car have opened a new Nissan Retail Concept (NRC) showroom and service center in Chachoengsao province, to provide world-class service to valued customers in the Central and Eastern regions of Thailand.
The opening is part of Nissan’s implementation of the NRC across its dealer network in Thailand, evolving all aspects of the customer experience including facility design, service processes and a user-friendly digital environment. Nissan currently operates 178 showrooms nationwide, with 145 NRC outlets planned within the 2020 fiscal year. All showrooms will be refurbished by 2022.

The newly opened Nissan Retail Concept showroom further underscores GT Auto Car’s sharp focus on delivering exceptional service through the seamless integration of all customer experience touchpoints.

Chachoengsao Deputy Governor Sarayut Kaewkulpreecha and GT Auto Car President Wichai Soemsaksasitorn also joined Narasimhan and other Nissan Thailand executives at the official VIP opening ceremony. The new facility is GT Auto car’s second showroom and service center, and is located in Bangpakong District, Chachoengsao province
Since joining the Nissan family in 2013, GT Auto Car won the Best Dealer Award for the central and eastern region in fiscal year 2018. Its first showroom is located on Bangna-Trad Road, KM 43, in Bang Pakong District, Chachoengsao province, while the new GT Auto Car Chachoengsao branch has a showroom display area for 7 vehicles and will add servicing capabilities for up to 2,000 vehicles per month.
