Bangkok (July 11, 2017) The focus on customer centricity is a driving force that propelled Angelway Co.,Ltd to win 2017 Best of the Best Dealer Award from Nissan Motor (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.

This award was celebrated at an event in Chaing Rai on July 7, and underscores the vision and strategy of Antoine Barthes, the President of Nissan Motor Thailand, to strengthen and reinvigorate its 200 dealerships nationwide, working with them as true partners, with equal commitment, to deliver a seamless customer experience.

“The Best of the Best Dealer award is a Nissan global award and its highest recognition given to the dealer with the most exemplary performance in all aspects of dealer operations, including sales, aftersales service, showroom management and customer relations management,” Barthes said. “It is a worldwide program that recognizes the best of the best in each country, and I am proud to recognize Angelway’s superb performance here in Thailand.”

Receiving this singular honor in Chaing Rai was Angelway Co.,Ltd’s Chairman, Dr. Kobchai Jitsakula, together with Barthes and Maciej Klenkiewicz, Vice President for Dealer Network Development at Nissan Motor Thailand.

The commitment and trust of its dealer network has always been a critical factor in Nissan’s success, Barthes said, adding that the company continues to focus on raising the quality and standard bars to give first-class service to its customers. “We can never talk about the importance of performance without acknowledging the importance of the Nissan dealers who partner with us to sell our vehicles.  They help us win new Nissan customers, they shape our customers’ first impression of Nissan, and they help ensure that these new customers become lifelong Nissan customers,” he said.

As a result of collaboration with dealers through motivation programs and enhanced dealer staff training, the customer satisfaction survey results of both sales and service have improved significantly year-over-year.
