Nissan announces the winners of its 2017 Best Dealer Awards

Bangkok Thailand (21 May 2018) – Nissan Motor (Thailand) Co., Ltd. recently announced the winners of its ‘2017 Best Dealer Award’ at the 2018 Dealer Conference, which was held at the AVANI Riverside Bangkok Hotel.

The event recognizes those Nissan dealers who demonstrated outstanding performance in terms of sales, market share, quality and service standards. Some 23 dealer outlets won these honorable awards, with Mega Automobile Tiwanon Co., Ltd. winning the top prize: the ‘Best of the Best Award’.

Mr. Mungkorn Mungkornpanich, Managing Director, Mega Automobile Co., Ltd. said, “Mega Automobile is always committed to delivering the best customer experience. Mr. Maciej Klenkiewicz, Vice President of Distributor Network Development Division, Nissan Motor (Thailand) Co., Ltd. said, “I am very proud of our achievement in fiscal year 2017, including the constant improvement in our customer satisfaction index as the number of complaints dropped. This is in large part due to our dealer partners who have managed to implement processes to keep improving customer satisfaction as well as developing the skills of their employees who deal with our customers every day. About 130 representatives from 52 dealers and 72 Showrooms nationwide also recently participated in the Nissan Skills Contest 2017, designed to help Sales Consultants, Service Advisors, CROs, and Technicians realize their true capabilities and polish their skills for better customer service.
