As well as intensive training for sales consultants and technicians, to advance all aspects of the customer experience.
“These awards are an indication of our pride in our dealer partnerships. Our focus is to continue driving business impacts, including increased market share growth and retail sales numbers. Our dealer partners play a vital role in making this a reality, from improving processes to developing the skills of their employees who service our valued customers every day,” said Maciej Klenkiewicz, Nissan’s vice president for dealer network development in Thailand.
The ‘Prepare for rEVolution’ themed dealer conference focused on collaborating with Nissan dealers to drive Nissan’s vision of helping electrify Thailand in fiscal year 2019 and beyond, coinciding with the first Thailand customer deliveries of the world’s best-selling electric vehicle, the Nissan LEAF, this month.
“Our strong dealer network is united in leading the roadmap to electrification in Thailand, with 32 Nissan EV certified dealers across Thailand, and more planned. Our goal is to introduce customers to the benefits of electric vehicles for a more sustainable future.
