Bangkok, July 12, 2016 – Nissan announced today that Prapat Choeychom has been appointed to a new role as Advisor to the Head of Operations Committee (OC), Asia & Oceania (A&O) region effective July 15, 2016.

In this new role, Choeychom will report directly to Yutaka Sanada, Regional Senior Vice President and Head of Operations Committee A&O region. In this role, he will support in developing vision and goals parallel to the Nissan Customer Power 2022, a customer orientated strategy formulated to enhance Nissan customer’s satisfaction and at the same time, positioning Nissan as a leading brand in Asia & Oceania.

“As we embark on our customer focused strategy, we aspire to achieve our target of being the leader in Customer Satisfaction primarily in Thailand as well the A&O region. Choeychom has vast experience in Sales and Marketing predominantly in the automotive industry and I strongly believe that this will contribute effectively and positively to the A&O region,” Mr. Yutaka Sanada commented.

In relation to CP2022, Choeychom’s role also requires him to advise the region and set strategy related to CSI and SSI in creating a vibrant culture, philosophy, and strategy that is; effectively shared with senior management and employees in order to promote a top team, customer focus, excellent performance and long-term business success.

Prapat Choeychom, a veteran in the automotive industry has over 30 years experience in the Thailand market.
