Bangkok (5 May 2023) – Nissan Thailand congratulated M1 Nissan Phitsanulok, its long-time dealer in Phitsanulok province, for winning the prestigious Best of the Best Dealer Award 2022 in recognition of their excellent services and performance, which proves that Nissan Customer Promises have been delivered to the satisfaction of its customers.

Every year, Nissan conducts service and performance assessments on its 162 dealers nationwide. Only 12 dealers with the total highest scores in sales efficiency, part target achievement, customer service quality, assigned customer base (repeated services), and SAVE SAFE aftersales package target, will be named the winners of these prestigious awards.

Over the past few years, Nissan has embraced digital technology that suits the modern consumer lifestyle and helps its dealers increase service efficiency. As a result, customers find it more convenient to seamlessly contact Nissan’s dealers, make appointments for services, calculate service fees and part costs, find the nearest showroom and service center, update maintenance and service status, and obtain the information they need through Nissan’s digital communication platform.

Based on Nissan Customer Promise, Nissan has been working closely with its dealers in delivering the same high-standard services and a premium experience beyond expectations to its customers.

Most importantly, Nissan has ensured that its dealers can effectively deliver the Nissan Customer Promise service policy which covers four areas – transparency by informing customers of estimated costs prior to service delivery, confidence through service and part warranty, convenience by providing customers with a free courtesy car when the maintenance service takes longer than 24 hours or there is a long wait due to part unavailability, and peace of mind through the call center service and free 24 hour-roadside assistance*.

This year, the winner of the Best of the Best Dealer Award is M1 Nissan Phitsanulok. M1 Nissan Phitsanulok is part of the M1 Holding Company Limited which has been a Nissan dealership for over 29 years, the company currently serves customers at 5 branches in the north of Thailand; Mae Sod, Tak, Nakhon Sawan and Phitsanulok.
