Nissan is committed to the safety, service and satisfaction of our customers and their passengers. Regarding the latest announcement from Nissan Motor Co, Ltd., The company has received a report indicating the potential occurrence of issue at the uncovered surface of blow-by hose in Nissan KICKS e-POWER. In addition, the report also detects an issue with vehicle control program (VCM) in Nissan KICKS e-POWER and Nissan LEAF. The aforementioned symptoms may affect driving, however, this issue has never been found in both in Thailand or ASEAN markets, the company is not complacent and sees that all affected vehicles should be repaired for such corrections.

The company has launched a service campaign to invite owners of KICKS e-POWER and LEAF to take your vehicle to an authorized Nissan dealer for replacement of blow-by hose in KICKS, and VCM reprogramming in KICKS and LEAF without any cost, starting from Monday 24 July 2023. Nissan will send a letter to affected customers informing about the service campaign details.

For efficiency in vehicle usage, as well as to expedite the process and reduce any inconvenience, customer can contact an authorized Nissan dealer of your choice in advance to schedule an appointment before bringing your vehicle in for service. Please refer to the list of Nissan Dealer contacts on the vehicle’s Warranty and Maintenance Booklet. The inspection or repairing will take approximately 1 hour to complete*.
*estimated repair timing, however, each vehicle may vary depending on the workshop schedule of each dealer.
