The company has launched a service campaign to invite owners of KICKS e-POWER to take your vehicle to an authorized Nissan dealer for inspection and repair without any cost. Nissan will send a letter to affected customers informing about the service campaign details. 

To expedite the process and reduce any inconvenience, customer can contact an authorized Nissan dealer of your choice in advance to schedule an appointment before bringing your vehicle in for service. Please refer to the list of Nissan Dealer contacts on the vehicle’s Warranty and Maintenance Booklet. The inspection or repairing will take approximately 2 hours to complete, depending on the workshop schedule of each dealer.

Customers can find information about Nissan Dealer name and location along with VIN check website based on button as bottom of this announcement.

In the meantime, Nissan is pleased to announce that we have resumed the production and delivery of KICKS e-POWER. We thank our customers for the patience and understanding.
