Nissan’s Auto Gallery Be More, Ban Bueng wins Best of the Best Dealer Award
Recognitions reflect Nissan brand focus on excellent customer service and quality for customers
BANGKOK, Thailand (May 31, 2021) - Nissan Thailand today announced the winners of the Best Nationwide Dealer Awards for financial year 2020, at the 2021 Nissan Digital Dealer Conference. With more than 22 dealer outlets winning prestigious awards, it was ‘Auto Gallery Be More Co., Ltd. (Ban Bueng branch)’ who took the top prize the ‘Nissan in Thailand Best of the Best’ award.
Held under the theme ‘Together We Can,’ Nissan Thailand has partnered with 177 Nissan dealers nationally to uphold standards and develop customer-centric services in all areas. So customers can get the experience of Nissan vehicles with confidence, and with the same high standards throughout Thailand. Accordingly, the company recognizes Nissan dealers who demonstrated outstanding performance in terms of sales, market share, quality and service standards.
“Customers are at the center of everything we do. These dealer awards celebrate upholding the highest levels of service, care and attentiveness for Nissan customers. All Nissan departments will work closely with 177 dealers across the country to support business operations, from augmenting processes to developing the skills of employees who service our valued customers every day when they visit all Nissan service centers nationwide. All customers can be confident that Nissan will take the best care of them,” said Isao Sekiguchi, President of Nissan Thailand.
In 2021, Nissan and dealers across the country will focus on developing all levels of customer service. This includes the refurbishment of new service centers under the global Nissan Retail Concept (NRC), the worldwide service center standard, coupled with intensive training for sales consultants and technicians across Thailand. Additionally increasing customer’s voice and feedback via new channels such as online satisfaction surveys, and gathering customer feedback via Nissan’s social media to ensure customers are always taken care of while gaining immediate consumer feedback. The goal is to enhance customer experience in every way, according to Nissan’s ‘Customer Promise.’

The ‘Together We Can’ themed dealer conference focused on collaborating with Nissan dealers to drive Nissan’s vision of driving electrification and digital connectivity. The dealerships will feature a refreshed visual identity in line with the latest chapter in Nissan’s continuous evolution to an innovative mobility brand of the future.
Question: What do you want to say to the next generation of drivers about electric vehicles?
Answer – Pep: "I would like to tell the next generation of drivers that electric vehicles are so much more fun to drive than the cars I had when I first got my driving license. I would tell them that thinking outside of the box and making some responsible choices help collectively, as a team, to improve our daily lives and preserve our planet for future generations."
Echoing Pep's experience, European EV owners across Europe have immersed themselves in the benefits of electric motoring. A recent survey commissioned by Nissan revealed that 89%1 of European EV drivers are happy with their electric driving experience, with 78%1 agreeing that it is better than expected.
Featuring Pep's favourite technologies, such as ProPILOT and the innovative e-Pedal for one-pedal driving, LEAF is primed to meet the increasing demand for exciting technology. In fact, more than a third (34%1) of EV drivers have decided to switch thanks to the advanced technology offered by electric cars.
Joining the LEAF owners who have shared their own unique stories of driving electric, Pep's experience of owning an electric vehicle is the latest instalment of Nissan's My Life with a Nissan LEAF series. A collaborative collection of user experience stories, the series explores real-life testimonials to raise awareness and enhance motorists' understanding of electric vehicles.
