Nissan is committed to the safety, service and satisfaction of our customers and their passengers. We aware of an issue affecting some of Nissan KICKS e-POWER vehicles, where the ABS warning light appears on the speedometer screen which can be resolved through many methods. And we would like to inform that the cause has been identified and already been solved in the KICKS e-POWER production line. 

Customers experiencing this issue can make an appointment to bring the car for a checkup at Nissan Authorized dealer’s service center for free of charge. Customers can report issue through Nissan Customer Care in all channels, including telephone (66) 0-2401-9600, Inbox Facebook  or the Nissan Innovation Line channel. Our team will expedite coordination to assist you promptly.

However, because the issues of each car may be different. In some cases, repair time may vary. Therefore, we would like to ask customers to make appointments with service centers in advance for quick and convenient service.
