Nissan flies 13 Best Dealers to Japan

Bangkok Thailand (13 November 2017) – Nissan Motor (Thailand) Co., Ltd. recently rewarded 13 of its dealers who demonstrated outstanding business performances in terms of sales, market share, quality and service standards with a visit to the Tokyo Motor Show in Japan from 2 – 5 November 2017. These 13 Best Dealer Award winners were selected based on the Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI), Customer Service Index (CSI), Total Sales and Aftersales Revenue for 2016 business performance.

 “Our dealer partners are critical to helping grow and strengthen Nissan Thailand by putting customers at the heart of everything we do,” said Mr. Maciej Klenkiewicz, Vice President of Distributor Network Development Division, Nissan Motor (Thailand) Co., Ltd. “Nissan always works closely with our dealer partners to enhance and improve quality and service for both sales and after sales by providing training and developing the skills of sales personnel, technicians and customer service officers.
