Nissan introduces Customer Promise to give customers total clarity and confidence in its vehicles

BANGKOK, Thailand (August 22, 2018) – Nissan Motor Thailand today introduced the Nissan Customer Promise, which gives customers absolute clarity and confidence when buying or owning a Nissan vehicle.

The Customer Promise guarantees that Nissan will:

1. Satisfy customers with a service and spare part guarantee of one-year or 20,000 kilometers, and provide a courtesy car or cover the cost of a rental car or taxi when a product quality issue service takes longer than three working days to resolve.

2. Clean the vehicle before returning it to the customer.

3. Always be there for customers, with 24-hour roadside assistance and the Nissan call center at 02-401-9600.
