1. Every sale consultants and staff are required to undergo thorough health checks at the screening point at the entry and exit area. Everyone are required to have their body temperature checked every morning before work.
2. Protective equipment, alcohol sanitizers and disinfectants are located in the main areas inside the showroom.
3. Cleaning and disinfecting schedules have been conducted regularly to ensure the utmost safety for everyone.
4. All of our staff are required to wear face mask at all times.
5. Our sale consultants and staff in the showroom are required to keep themselves informed with the current situation of the COVID-19.

1. Every test drive car is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, both exterior and interior. There is an alcohol sanitizer and a disinfectant inside every of our car.
2. Every test drive car has a cleaning schedule. All 4 doors are sealed with stickers to show that the car has been cleaned and disinfected.
3. Every customer and sales consultant are required to have their body temperature checked before entering inside the test drive car. They are also required to wear face masks at all times.
4. Car mirrors have to be lowered down slightly to circulate air ventilation inside the car.
5. Every object that has been touched in the car will be thoroughly disinfected with spray sanitizers.
6. Car mirrors and doors will be sealed, ready for our next customer.

1. To try out test drive feature at home, please register and provide your information online.
2. Our sales consultant will contact the customer to confirm the appointment in advance.
3. Every test drive car has been cleaned and sanitized in accordance with the COVID-19 prevention measures.
4. Our sales consultant will call to confirm the appointment 1 hour in advance before the test drive.
5. Our sales consultant will explain the rules and regulations to follow for the test drive to the customer. Customers are required to show their driver’s license and sign the document acknowledging the rules and regulations discussed earlier.
6. Before stepping into the test drive car, every customer are required to answer some health risk inquiries. Both the customer and sales consultant are required to have their body temperature checked. Once inside the test drive car, everyone is required to wear face mask at all times.
7. The test drive will be conducted in accordance to the rules and regulations that have been specified.
8. After the test drive, customers are required to complete a customer’s satisfaction survey.
